Olympic Winners, How 5 Old School Olympic Winners Have Set The Mark For Our Current Heroes
Olympic Winners, How 5 Old School Olympic Winners Have Set The Mark For Our Current Heroes. And you know that Tradition always set the mark and forge paths for new ones to follow. But without the Old School Players of any game, who had life hard, who had little technology and very little supplements as well, we could never enjoy new records and greater players. Because in order for us to consider something great, we have to have a previous record to match it against. And when it comes to Olympic Winners, The Old Timers Gave our Current Athletes a run for their money, as I am about to show you.
So Today we will look at 5 different Olympic Winners, all with different Attributes. And yet all have set Olympic records to astonish us. And you do know as well Fellow Athlete, that the Olympic Games is the ultimate place where you cant test and prove how great you are against the other 7 billion humans, who all send their best to beat you. Also the things that we do now in this Universal Physical Dimension will echo throughout Eternity, and once it's in the books it is done ( Good Or Bad .)
At First We Have Mr. Paavo Nurmi:
Mr. Paavo Nurmi was a participant in the Olympic Games of 1924 and he was a Long - Distance Runner In the 500 and 5000 Meters. And on July 10 1924, Mr. Nurmi not only won both races But he set 2 Olympic Records in the process. Here is How: The races were 50 minute apart, and Mr. Nurmi won the 1500 Meters in 3:53.6, one second off his previous world record. And rather than stay and enjoy the cheers, he ran straight to the locker room to go eat some dry fish and rest because remember in less than an hour's time he had to go run 5000 meters. To Note, Mr. Nurmi had a habit of checking his Stopwatch to make sure he was on target after 75% of the race, and if he is on point he would just toss away the stopwatch into the crowds and take off like a Speed Blazer. And in the 5000 Meters race, he was still in tip top shape and won by beating his opponent by a yard to come in at 14:31.2. So 2 Olympic Gold Medals.
Second we have Mr. Bob Mathias:
Mr. Bob Mathias Won The Olympic Decathlon At Age 17. And let me tell you have to be a Beast in order for you to compete in the Decathlon Events, Because you have To run the 100 Meters, the 400 Meters, the 1500 Meters, the 110 Meter Hurdles, the Broad Jump, the High Jump, The Pole Vault, The Weight Event, The Shot Put And The Disk Hurler..... Whewww!, I am already tired just explaining all this. And back in 1948 in the Olympic Games, Mr. Mathias Shined like no other, and that was most unexpected because For he had never done these things before. And it all started as a suggestion from his high school coach to try out for the Olympic Team just so he could get some experience. But Young Mr. Mathias was strong, willing and very competitive and just like the rest of us who is walking into our destiny - It was the right time and the right place. And so on his first try he beat out all the local Pros and he entered the U.S. Championship and won, then of course he entered The Olympics: There He won all events above in great timely fashion.

Mrs. Fanny Blankers - Koen participated in the 1948 Olympics in London, at the Wembley Stadium. She was a great Wife and had 2 young children and was ready to show off her skills at the Games. And when the gun went off, she took off like a cheetah and she won the 100 meter in 11.9 seconds. The she ran the 200 Meter in 24.4 seconds. Afterward in the 80 meter Hurdles, she set an Olympic Record of 11.2 seconds. But wait there is more, She also ran the 400 Meter Team Relay and they won as well. So Mrs. Fanny Blankers - Koen won 4 Olympic Gold Medals within a week. Also to note that back then they only allowed Female Athletes to enter only 3 individual Events, for fear of damaging the woman body, but she was also at her best in the Broad Jump and The High Jump...
Fourthly, Mr. Ray Ewry Won 10 Olympic Gold Medals:
Mr. Ray Ewry grew up in Lafayette Indiana as weak boy who suffered at one time from Polio, and as you know my Friend the Destiny of each one of us always begin in different ways. And the things that happen to you that you Curse GOD For, are the very things that your Higher Self And GOD had agreed upon that would occur in this Lower Physical Dimension. To continue, his Doctor had told him he needs to build up his legs and should start Jumping around a bit. And needless to say that he developed one of the strongest set of legs at that time through his persistent Jumping around. He then went to College and became Captain of the Track Team, and at 26 years old and on July 16 1900 after entering in the Olympic Games He won 3 Gold Medals in the Standing Long Jump, The Standing High Jump, the Standing Hop and the Step N Jump. Now 4 years later, at the 1904 Olympics, Standing at 6 feet 3 inches, he Took 3 more Gold Medals. After that in 1906, 2 years later during a Special Olympics, He took 2 more Gold Medals. And Finally in 1908, during the regular Olympics,Mr. Ray Ewry received 2 more Gold Medals In the Standing Long and High Jumps. All for a Grand Total of 10 During His Career. So You see Folks, Don't always read into things as soon as they happen to you. For everything as a purpose and if you focus on complaining, you will miss what Great Gifts the Universe is bringing for you. Even the Butterfly had to go throughout to something harsh to become so Beautiful and So Pure.
